At Pride Performance, we merge a deep passion for basketball with state-of-the-art facilities, designed to elevate your skills, conditioning, and love for the game.
Led by Coach Walters, with over a decade of coaching experience, Pride has been shaping basketball players of all ages and abilities since 2020.
Our two custom-built facilities on the Sunshine Coast, located in Forest Glen and Caloundra, are more than just gyms—they’re immersive training environments. These spaces are where athletes come to grow, challenge themselves, and embrace the spirit of the game.

The Art of the Shot
At Pride Performance, we understand that perfecting your shot is an art form. Our Forest Glen facility is equipped with four basketball rings to provide ample opportunity for shooting practice. Whether you’re working on lay-ups, three-pointers, or free throws, there’s always a hoop waiting for you.
We also proudly offer not 1 but 2 ‘Shooting Guns’. These high-tech devices serve up rapid-fire shooting practice, tracking your performance and enabling you to get the maximum number of shot attempts in your practice session.
Step onto the Court
At our Forest Glen facility, you’ll train on a 3/4-size wooden basketball court, providing a professional-grade playing surface to sharpen your skills in an ideal environment.
At our Caloundra location you’ll train on 3 dedicated shooting stations, including two with the official 3-point markings, giving you the perfect space to fine-tune your shot
Our Caloundra Den also has SUNSHINE COASTS ONLY 24/7 BASKETBALL TRAINING FACILITY
The Pride Method Structure
Our sessions are carefully crafted to focus on three main components:
1. Touch, Shooting & Ball Handling – Sharpen your fundamental skills.
2. Skill Work – Learn and refine specific skills.
3. Gameplay – Master these skills in game-like situations.
Every session is led by a Master Trainer (Josh Walters or Casey Lockwood), with additional coaches offering personalized attention. We seek to maintain a 5:1 player-to-coach ratio, ensuring each participant gets the support they need.
Training Anytime, Anywhere with Unlimited Access:
We offer Unlimited Training that allows you to train as often as you want for a single, low weekly cost. If you’re committed, this program will completely transform your game!
