Each session will be led by one of our Master Trainers, Coach Walters or Coach Casey, with additional coaches providing individual attention. Our trainer-to-player ratio will be a maximum of 6:1.
Each session is divided into 3 components:
1. Touch, Shooting and Ball Handling – to sharpen your fundamentals
2. Skill Work – to learn and refine your skills
3. Gameplay – to master skills in a Gameplay environment
Classes will be held everyday of the week 4pm – 8pm depending on your skill level
Yes. Every session will contain games and/or scrimmaging to teach players to translate the skills they learn into a real game situation

Most players practice moves, but they never develop them to the point that they can actually use them in a game, Our new training program has been designed to close this gap.
Every session we offer is designed to guide you through our three-stage process: learning the skill, refining the skill, and then mastering the skill in a game-like situation.
Our class groups will have a maximum of 20 players, with a 6:1 ratio of player to coach.

Yes. All our classes are 1 hour. Some of our sessions are offered twice a day
If you arrange to book the same sessions with your friends or teammates.
Pride cannot guarantee that free spots will always be available in your chosen classes
Coaches will continue to work the days that they are already working, but they will be attending the class sessions.
Individuals are still available with your coach in the mornings or on a Saturday
