Pride recommends starting your journey with a fundamental skill development assessment in our Rookie Program, or a Private Training Session with 1 of our amazing trainers.

During the class you will be assessed by our trainers to determine your skill level and following the session we’ll discuss your individual needs. A report will be sent via email within a week of your appointment with our recommendations for your ongoing journey.

At our Forest Glen facility, you’ll train on a 3/4-size wooden basketball court, as well as 2 shooting stations.

Equipped with 4 Basketball rings and plenty of room for scrimmaging, we hold all our Membership Sessions here as well as Individual and Small Group Training Mon-Fri Mornings and All Day Saturdays
