Whether you’re a beginner, been playing for a while or are at the top of your game, we offer the perfect starting point.

Pride recommends starting your journey with a ‘Skill Assessment’ in our Rookie Program (available at Forest Glen ONLY), or via an Individual Training Session (available at Caloundra & Forest Glen).

During the class/session you will be assessed by 1 of our amazing trainers to determine your skill level and then we will discuss your individual needs. A report will be sent via email within a week of your session with our recommendations for your ongoing journey.
